Head of the Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija Nebojsa Covic received today a parliamentary delegation from OSCE to discuss an initiative to open an inter-parliamentary dialogue between deputies from the assemblies of Serbia-Montenegro, Serbia, Montenegro, and Kosovo-Metohija, the Coordinating Centre said in a statement.
