Serbian Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic has ordered the Tax Administration to launch a procedure to take back the money that the previous finance ministry had refunded to Belgrade's telecommunications firm Mobtel, according to a statement today.

Mobtel was refunded around €35 million following the collection of 2.4 billion dinars in extra profit tax the telecoms firm had gained through the Astra Banka bank, according to the statement.
The statement went on to say that the minister's order is in line with a ruling by the Serbian Constitutional Court on October 9, 2003.
