He was born on 9 May 1982 in Novi Sad. He graduated from the Karlovci High School, and then in 2011 earned the title of "master historian" at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad.

He graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia in 2013.

He was State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2021 to 2022 and State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense from October 2022 to May 2024.

In the Regional Development Agency Bačka d.o.o. Novi Sad was director from 2016 to 2018, and deputy director from 2018 to 2021.

He worked as an associate in the Office for Kosovo and Metohija from 2014 to 2016.

In the City of Novi Sad, he was a member of the City Council in charge of education from 2011 to 2012, an assistant to the mayor in 2012, and a member of the City Council in charge of urban planning and environmental protection from 2012 to 2013.

In RUV "RTV Vojvodina" he worked as a project manager from 2010 to 2011, and in PD "Energotehnika Južna Bačka" he was the authorized representative of the founder with the powers of the president of the company assembly from 2006 to 2010.

He is the author of the collection of historical essays "The Middle East, Short and Clear" (2014), the novel "On the Other Side" (2016) and "The Divided City" (2018).

He is the author of the "Ino-strana" show, which is broadcast on the First Program of RTV Vojvodina.

He is a regular member of Matica Srpska and the Association of Writers of Serbia.

He speaks English.
