Representatives of the governments of Serbia and the Czech Republic signed two cooperation documents in Belgrade today, as part of the visit of a high delegation of the Czech Republic, in the presence of the two countries' presidents, Aleksandar Vucic and Milos Zeman respectively.

Cooperation with Czech Republic in field of defence, innovation

Ministers Aleksandar Vulin and Lubomir Metnar signed the Agreement on cooperation in the field of defence.
The Memorandum of Understanding between the Cabinet of the Minister in charge of Innovation and Technological Development of Serbia and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic on cooperation in the field of innovation, artificial intelligence and robotics was signed by ministers Nenad Popovic and Karel Havlicek.
Vucic previously hosted a ceremonial reception at the Palace of Serbia for the President of the Czech Republic, and the delegation of that country was welcomed by numerous members of the Serbian government - Zorana Mihajlovic, Aleksandar Antic, Nenad Popovic, Nebojsa Stefanovic, Goran Knezevic, Aleksandar Vulin.
The welcome ceremony was followed by a tete-a-tete meeting of the two presidents, followed by a plenary meeting with members of the two delegations
