COVID-19 contact centres


The government of the Republic of Serbia has established a single contact centre "COVID-19" at number 19819. By calling this number, citizens can get advice and recommendations from experts in the fight against coronavirus and contact competent professional services throughout country.

 

Operators are open daily from 8.00 to 22.00, while citizens will have the opportunity to be informed 24 hours a day on information regarding COVID-19. Calling the 19819 Contact Centre is free of charge for users of all networks, including fixed or mobile networks.

 

The government of the Republic of Serbia has also established a single contact centre for assistance to the elderly at 19920. By calling this number, citizens can ask for help with groceries, medicines and more at volunteer city and municipal centres. Calling the 19920 Contact Centre is free of charge for users of all networks, including fixed or mobile networks.
