Born in 1983 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Since 2007, he has been employed by Mona d.o.o. in the position of advisor.

He gained rich experience in the private sector in management positions, improving business, introducing innovations and creating investment opportunities, while constantly working to strengthen the respective economic sector. From the creation of new jobs to the protection of normal functioning in the conditions of a global pandemic, he was ready to invest great energy in the expansion of economic activities in order to generate the stable development of the Republic of Serbia.

At the personal invitation of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, he moved from the private to the state sector, to the position of Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure in the government of the Republic of Serbia from 2020. In the period from 2020 to 2022, he formed an efficient team, which, in the conditions of the global COVID-19 epidemic and enormous political instability in Eastern Europe, ensured the stable execution of the largest infrastructure works in the history of Serbia.

He is the recipient of recognition – the Ivanjica Municipality June Award for his contribution to the construction of local infrastructure, the "Takovo Uprising" gold medal for his outstanding contribution to the development of infrastructure in the municipality of Gornji Milanovac, the Kucevo Municipality Certificate of Gratitude for his contribution to the construction of infrastructure projects, the Plaque with the golden emblem for his great contribution to the implementation of capital projects projects in the territory of the municipality of Vrnjacka Banja, as well as Plaques of Appreciation of the municipality of Varvarin, as social recognition for exceptional achievements and results achieved in the work of this municipality.
